Tim Hortons (Cold Lake South)

"Hello, Why is it that the staff at Tim Hortons south have no clue of what prompt and courteous service means! I was there in the early am on the 21st of Jan. I ordered my tea and a raisin an cinnamon bagel toasted with butter. I had asked for it to be properly toasted. When I sat down I opened the wrapper and the bagel was not toasted as I had requested. The staff should be properly trained in the use of restaurant equipment! Which they are not !!! The knowledge this comes from over 20 years of experience and know how!!!!!!!
