"Met up with Lakeland Wild Rice folks at a trade show +8 years ago and have been buying their wild rice ever since! We often use wild rice and our guests rave about it! In some circles, it is still a novelty food item. The rice is reasonably priced, they fill their orders promptly and always send along recipes with each order so we can try different combinations. We've had it as part of the main course, side dish or salad! Good to eat and good for you! We recommend!"
